📱💻 Dual Device Zoom Setup

To create the best experience for your clients and make presentations run smoothly, we strongly recommend using two devices during appointments.

Device #1 – Presentation Device

Use your laptop or desktop to:

• Join the client Zoom meeting
• Share your presentation
• Run illustrations and applications
• Complete enrollment paperwork

Device #2 – Agent Device

Use a tablet, iPad, second laptop, or phone to:

• Keep your camera on during the presentation
• View scripts and underwriting notes
• Access Team Zoom breakout rooms for help
• Communicate with trainers if needed

How to Set It Up

1. Join the Zoom meeting from your presentation device.
2. Join the same meeting from your second device.
3. Turn your camera ON on the second device.
4. Mute the microphone and speaker on the second device to prevent echo.
