• 4 GB of RAM MINIMUM; 8 GB RECOMMENDED
• 16 GB of available disk space
• DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
• Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.6 or higher
• Virus Scanning Software

The eApp software was designed to function on laptop computers.

Can you run eApp on a MAC?

Yes. NOTE: AO/NY IT will not be able to provide technical support for eApps running on Macbooks.

In order to install eApp on a MAC, you would need to contact a local Certified IT Technician and ask about virtualization software.
