A71000 Accident Policy

This policy is approved in all states and provinces and provides supplemental financial protection in the event of an accident.

Eligibility

• Issue Ages: 18–74

Core Benefits (Single Coverage)

• Emergency Room: Up to $50 per visit
• Hospital Admittance: $100 per day, up to 365 days per injury
• ICU Stay: $200 per day, up to 14 days

Accidental Death Benefits

• Standard Accidental Death: $10,000 ($2,000 per child)
• Auto Accidental Death: $20,000 ($4,000 per child)
• Common Carrier Death (e.g., plane/train): $50,000 ($10,000 per child)

Coverage Options

• Double Plan: All benefit amounts are doubled
• Triple Plan: All benefit amounts are tripled
